About Cheryl
 

Cheryl joined SI Thunder Bay in January 2000. She has been married for 51 years. Cheryl has three sons, three daughters-in-law and three grandchildren. She was the older sister to three brothers.

 

After graduating from college, Cheryl worked in London, Ontario. Upon returning to Thunder Bay, she commenced working at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). During her 35 years at CRA, Cheryl worked as an Enquiries agent, a Collections officer and finally as the Director of Human Resources for the Thunder Bay Tax Office. When downsizing occurred, Cheryl took on the duties of a Competency Consultant for the agency.

Cheryl believes strongly in the Soroptimist mission to help women and girls realize their dreams of economic success through education and training.​​
